Job Responsibilities

Knowledge of raw and ground codes Calculate and weigh the proper amount of each type of meat and seasonings per batch Any and all other duties as assigned by the department supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

Basic math skills Ability to keep accurate records Must be ale to identify different types of products Good communication skills Good work history PHYSICAL: No restrictions pushing 500-pound v-mags No restrictions prohibiting working in a 35-50 degree environment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous related machine experience Working knowledge of ground, sausage and branded retail areas
