**Job Performance** 1. Perform daily farm activities/chores associated with caring for breeder turkeys, hatching eggs, and maintaining farm equipment as outlined and described in the department operating manuals 2. Help employees with safety and productivity cost control by providing personal involvement in farm management and operating decisions as well as have good problem solving skills 3. Responsible for accurate accounting and record keeping for eggs packed, eggs culled, cooler temperatures, humidity's and internal egg temperatures 4. ***** To be considered for this position, applicants cannot own or raise any type of fowl or hogs ( i.e. turkeys, chickens, parakeets, hogs, etc…)***** **Minimum Qualifications** + Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned farm + Able to work every other weekend and holidays + 9th grade level in reading, writing and math skills + Ability to work unsupervised + PHYSICAL: Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds from floor to waist occasionally + Must be able to wear eye and respiratory protection equipment continually + Ability to work in all weather conditions cod and hot + No restrictions with lifting, bending or standing **Preferred Qualifications** + Valid driver's license with a good driving record + High school diploma or equivalent + 2 years farm experience _Questions on our on-line application process? The hiring pay range for this role is $19.40, 6 months $19.60, 1 year $20.10 per hour.
