YOUR IMPACT
Support production operations by assisting with assembly, materials handling, and general labor tasksRead and follow work orders and blueprints to complete assigned jobs accurately and safelyMove materials, pick parts, and help manage inventory and shortages as neededUse hand, air, and electric power tools to assist with basic fabrication or finishing workMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and meet daily housekeeping expectationsUnderstand and practice Jetway quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvementDevelop skills to grow into specialized production roles throughout the facilityMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical work including standing, bending, climbing, and using laddersComfort using basic hand tools and tape measures to 1/16"Basic reading, math, and comprehension skills to follow instructions and part drawingsAbility to work day or night shift, including weekends and holidaysMay require forklift or overhead crane certification depending on assignmentAbility to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and hearing testSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or production environmentFamiliarity with Syteline or other production tracking systemsWHAT TO EXPECT
This is an active, hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a team. You’ll rotate across departments as needed and may be assigned new responsibilities as you grow. The environment includes noise, movement, and exposure to machinery.
