We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Jewelry Polisher to join our team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for polishing, finishing, and ensuring the highest quality of jewelry products. This role requires precision, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working with fine jewelry materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Polish and finish a wide variety of jewelry items, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and pendants.Use polishing tools and equipment, including rotary tools, buffing wheels, and hand polishing techniques.Inspect jewelry pieces for imperfections, ensuring they meet quality standards before final presentation.Maintain clean and organized workstations, keeping tools and materials in optimal condition.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and quality control.Apply appropriate techniques and materials to achieve a flawless shine and finish on each piece of jewelry.Identify and address any issues with pieces, such as scratches, blemishes, or imperfections, to maintain high product quality.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in jewelry polishing or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Strong attention to detail and an eye for precision.Ability to work with various polishing equipment and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
