Among the key duties of this position are the following: Assists with the coordination and scheduling of live and virtual programs and meetings. Assists with a variety of projects, and processes. Assists with coordinating and running Zoom meetings and webinars. Provides student assistance and resolve issues. Processes expenses for payment, communicate with vendors to confirm payment Provides general office support, communicate with guest speakers, and resolve routine conflicts. Performs duties such as data entry, database maintenance, and compiling data for reports.
