JFMM, SUBSAFE, DSS-SOC, FBW Coordinator - Position Description

ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in Dover, NH.  We are an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to government customers. We need a JFMM, SUBSAFE, DSS-SOC, FBW Coordinator ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. 

Security Clearance:

      Applicant must hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description:

Process Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM) Change Requests (CR); to include reviewing, logging, serializing, commenting, and posting to fleet distribution. Maintain a Government database for JFMM CRs to track and record all attributes of a JFMM CR and TYCOM and Fleet responses, status, incorporation, and actions taken. Develop pre and post meeting JFMM Board of Directors (BoD) Meeting documents; attend meeting, take notes and record action items. Develop a Preventive Maintenance Manual (PMM) and JFMM next edition and include the supporting change documentation (i.e., chapters, TOC, training, synopsis, and issuance letter). Enter approved JFMM change requests into JFMM master documents, including CR comments. Research and recommend changes to JFMM chapters and sections to resolve and adjudicate differences between originator and JFMM BoDs. Accomplish ad hoc studies and research projects as assigned in Government task tracking system. Provide metrics presentations and reports as assigned in Government task tracking system.

​ Experience Requirements:

Experience with JFMM and SUBSAFE practices on an active US Submarine or Civilian role. Experience Adobe Acrobat. Experience with MS Excel and Word.

Education Requirements:

       High School or GED equivalent Technical school diploma
