Kforce is searching for experienced and talented JIB Accountants for our clients in the Houston, TX area. In this role you will be responsible for: * Maintaining ledgers on costs, expenses, production of wells and facilities with shared partners * Collecting and dispersing funds with partners, in conjunction with various contracts * Maintain capital project tracking * Tracking and maintaining approvals * Reviewing, assigning authorization for expenditure (AFE) * Reconciling and maintaining budget to actual reporting * Creating entries to bill ad valorem tax twice annually * Coordinating and being the main point of contact for JIB audits * Reviewing joint interest billing statements, reconciling JIB statements with internal records and ensuring data integrity
