JLR Service Advisor
Description -Direct customer service & sales, estimating, work flow coordination, inventory control, quality control, product delivery and of course, direct responsibility for ensuring every customer satisfied. -We prefer at least 3 years experience as a service advisor. -The job does require a person with some automotive technical familiarity, an organized and friendly personality as well as the ability to motivate & manage others. -If you are an automotive service advisor, have a strong desire to succeed, and are looking for a long term career; don't let this opportunity pass you by. -Our shop takes pride in meeting the needs of the customer and doing the work correctly the first time. Requirements -High School Diploma or equivalent. -Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control. -Automotive service advisor experience. -Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions. -Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously. -Passing Pre-Employment Drug Screening & Background Check Required
