Job Title: Job Captain/Project Architect
Job Description

We are seeking an Architect to join our Scottsdale office. You will report directly to a Project Manager and work on a broad range of architectural projects from planning and design inception through construction completion in various market sectors. This position aligns with AIA Architect Level III roles and involves extensive project management tasks, including planning, design, and construction administration. You will effectively communicate and coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients, prepare complex architectural construction drawings, oversee project schedules, cost projections, and budgets, and attend planning and zoning meetings. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive technical solutions, draft architectural plans, manage bid package preparation, supervise construction administration tasks, and maintain project standards.

Work Site
