An Architecture firm located in Chicago is looking to add a Job Captain to their team!
Job Description:
Collaborate with a creative team to prepare construction documents from design through bid/permit/constructionProduce full sets of construction documents for commercial projectsDesign support for all projects: floor planning, elevations, etc.Code research Provide information needed for RFI'sWorking on teams of 2-4 people; will report directly to Studio Head as lead technical support working on multiple projectsWill have the opportunity to quickly move up to being a Project Architect/Project Manager once proven ability to support the technical side of projectsQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in ArchitectureOn track to Licensure or planning to become Licensed in the future4+ years of experienceMulti-family, commercial, hotel, mixed-use project experience AutoCAD and Revit proficiencyBonus if skilled in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Ajera Strong communication and organizational skillsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
