An Architecture firm located in Chicago is looking to add a Job Captain to their team!

Job Description:

Collaborate with a creative team to prepare construction documents from design through bid/permit/constructionProduce full sets of construction documents for commercial projectsDesign support for all projects: floor planning, elevations, etc.Code research Provide information needed for RFI'sWorking on teams of 2-4 people; will report directly to Studio Head as lead technical support working on multiple projectsWill have the opportunity to quickly move up to being a Project Architect/Project Manager once proven ability to support the technical side of projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in ArchitectureOn track to Licensure or planning to become Licensed in the future4+ years of experienceMulti-family, commercial, hotel, mixed-use project experience AutoCAD and Revit proficiencyBonus if skilled in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Ajera Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
