Everyday as a Job Coach you will:
Devlop activities to support the transition of students from childhood to adulthoodDirectly supervise, train, and coach students within the school and community job sitesWork with students to achieve a level of accomplishment and productivity that allows for greater employment independenceWork with a team to assess skills and level of functioning/participation and document progress and involvement of studentsProvide information and input based on level of participation, functioning and progress to goalsYou will be Offered:

QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelors degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field preferred. High school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE: Two years experience working with adolescents and young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders in a transition and employment setting preferred.
