**Job Title: Lockbox Processor** **Location** : **895 Central Avenue Cincinnati OH 45202 United States** **Duration** : **2 months on w2** **Pay Rate: $18/hr on W2** **Schedule would be Mon-Wed 730am to 4pm (Some 4 hr days on Saturdays will start in Feb. through March based off business needs).** **Job Summary** The Lockbox Processor handles incoming payments and invoices, ensuring they are sorted, processed, and prepared for client use. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Open mail and extract invoices and payments. + Sort and prepare batches for processing. + Operate office equipment and follow company procedures. + Cross-train in areas like data entry and mail sorting. + Meet accuracy and productivity standards. **Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to lift 20-30 pounds and stand for 5-8 hours. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Flexible and dependable with a commitment to attendance. **Preferred** + Experience in lockbox processing or similar roles. + Proficiency with 10-key typing and basic computer skills.
