Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Specialist in Glen Allen, Virginia. As a Project Billing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by efficiently handling billing and other related tasks. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and timely processing of project billing. • Apply your strong Excel skills to manage and analyze billing data. • Maintain detailed records of all customer credit applications. • Effectively resolve customer inquiries related to billing. • Monitor customer accounts regularly and initiate appropriate actions when necessary. • Utilize your excellent time management skills to perform tasks within deadlines. • Display a strong work ethic and dedication in all assignments. • Exhibit proficiency in using technology for billing and other related tasks. • Maintain an organized approach to work, ensuring all tasks are completed systematically. • Participate in training activities to stay updated with the latest billing practices and procedures.
