This is an **Onsite** role. **Industry: Financial Co** **Title:** **webMethods Application Support** **Location: ONSITE – Columbus, OH** **Duration:** **12+ months** **Job Description** We are looking for a candidate who can support webMethods applications. + Primary Job responsibilities include providing production support, ticket handling, SME support, implementation support, etc., + Job responsibilities include providing on-call/weekend/after-hours Implementation support periodically. **You will need to have:** + Should be able to support webMethods applications hosted on-premises and cloud (GCP). + Candidate should be able to develop/enhance independently, triage, test, and implement webMethods integrations using SOAP and REST. + Should have in-depth expertise in working with various webMethods products such as Integration Server, Designer, Universal messaging, MWS, and TN. + Working knowledge of various logging frameworks and tools such as Dynatrace/Kibana is a must-have. + The candidate should have strong communication skills and should be able to coordinate with Non-technical and technical teams. + Should be a good team player. Should be able to create various support artifacts (Design, Test strategy, test cases, KT documentation, etc). + Should be familiar with the release management practices, and CI CD processes.
