Lucid Europe, based in Amsterdam, is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic pan-European team. In this challenging and hands-on role, you will play a pivotal role in the HR team by managing our various HRIS solutions, supporting and optimizing HR operations, managing employee relations and communication, and driving HR projects and initiatives across Europe. You’ll work closely with the HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and business teams across the region as well as HR counterparts in the US to deliver a high-quality HR experience, while helping to shape Lucid’s organizational culture and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Support: From a business perspective managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, position management, employee records management, and general HR administration. Collaborate closely with the People Services Coordinator to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery HRIS Management & Optimization: Talent Management: Support the execution of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs to help attract, retain, and engage top talent HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, compliant with local regulations. Provide guidance on compliance issues, including labor law, CBAs, compensation & benefits, across multiple European markets Employee Engagement & Culture: Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction and overall well-being. Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to reinforce Lucid's culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence as the company grows HR Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights on key HR metrics. Use data to recommend improvements that drive HR strategies forward Change Management: Support HR projects related to organizational change, ensuring that employees are engaged, informed, and aligned with evolving business goalsKey Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resource Management Experience: 7+ years of experience in multiple HR functions. Experience in fast-paced, international scale-ups, particularly in automotive, tech, or similar industries, is highly preferred Tech-Savvy: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors with an interest in using digital tools to streamline HR operations and improve the employee experience Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage, engage and influence at all levels of the organization. A proactive, approachable, and empathetic approach to handle a diverse scope of HR-related topics Language Skills: Fluency in English and another language, preferably Dutch or German.
