Job Description Summary
Responsible for oversight and leadership in day-to-day Home Health operations as well as managing staff. Assess patient satisfaction and resolves patient complains. Develops and enforces clinical practice guidelines and maintains policies for home health services.

Department: Home Health Care
Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday; 40/hours per week
On call: On call rotation with other manager 1 week at a time, typically every 6th week.

Pay Range:

$45.84 - $68.76

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
