Job Description: Proposal Coordinator

Reports to: Proposal Segment Lead

Purpose: Support Proposal Specialists and Proposal Managers with activities resulting in the delivery of high-quality proposals

Role Overview:

Assist with assigned aspects of writing and editing for proposals, reports, and team communication Assist with administrative functions including preparation of proposal outlines, organizing content, and creating presentations Coordinate graphic support for RFPs, RFIs and RFQs Coordinate complete document production and final upload and/or printing Ensure adherence to proposal templates Maintain and update a comprehensive content library for efficient development of proposals Assist Business Development Directors (BDDs), if needed, with client research and other miscellaneous BD related tasks, including updating and maintaining internal tracking documents

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, clarity, readability, and content consistency Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously  Strong attention to detail Proven ability to meet routine deadlines while managing competing priorities Proactive problem-solving abilities, particularly under tight deadlines Willingness to serve as a resource for teammates and BDDs, providing support as needed 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Writing, Communications, Journalism or related field preferred 2+ years of related work experience  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Teams, SharePoint)
