MAX Challenge is looking for a member experience leader to support members throughout their 10-week challenge and beyond. We're looking for individuals who lead through their actions and are seeking a connected team environment. This role requires a passion to make a difference and a willingness to learn and grow along the way.

Facilitate the onboarding of new members Support all members from Day 1 to Day 1000 of their journeyInspire members to stay consistent on the mat and in the kitchenFoster an inclusive, supportive environment that aligns with the culture and MAX challenge values Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly dispositionPassion for health and wellnessTeam player
