This role involves working in a cold storage environment to support warehouse operations by safely moving and storing goods. You will also be responsible for moving containers in the yard with a jockey truck. Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.Perform daily inspections of forklifts and report maintenance issues.Maintain accurate inventory by scanning and tracking materials.Follow safety protocols in a cold storage environment.Operate a jockey truck. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous forklift operating experience required (certification preferred).Ability to work in cold storage conditions for extended periods.Jockey Truck experience-minimum 2 yearsAbility to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for long durations.Reliable transportation and availability for the stated schedule. Benefits and Perks: Pay Rate: $17/hourMedical Benefits: Dental, vision, and health insurance available.Join the company as a full-time employee after your contracted hoursTraining & Growth: Ongoing training opportunities and potential for career advancement.Your New Organization:A Georgia founded cold storage company established in the 1960’s which is still family owned today.
