Warehouse Jockey Driver – 2nd Shift

As a Warehouse Jockey Driver, you'll play a vital role in our operations by safely moving trailers to and from dock doors based on supervisor or shipping office instructions. Maintain safety standards, keep trailers fueled and clean, and ensure efficient operations.

Position Highlights:

Competitive Pay: $20-23+/hr (based on experience) + $1.50/hr shift differential!Full-Time with Weekly PayOn-the-Job Training:Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more – kicking in after just 30 days.CDL A License Preferred – a great asset but not required to apply!

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCheck/set trailer and yard temperature, add fuel if neededPerform daily inspections on spotter truck and equipmentReport defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the vehicles and/or equipmentMaintain logs of trailer movements and fuelCommunicate with appropriate departments on daily movements of trailers

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCheck trailer inventory and report any irregularities on log formsPerform sanitation duties on trailers as assigned 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)6 months operating tractor trailers and/or heavy equipment experienceAbility to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage LogisticsMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facilityAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

Pay Range:$16.72 - $28.22
