C & B Operations, LLC is a progressive, family-owned company that has grown over 35 years to include thirty-six John Deere dealerships in six states. We have an opening for a John Deere Precision Ag Digital Consultant for our John Deere dealership locations in Jackson, St. James, Truman and Worthington, Minnesota.

Essential Duties:

Holds events that keep customers and employees highly engaged with their data, partners and connected software companies Develops, tracks and provides services to customers that promote and provide data integrity, proper enterprise setup and accurate reporting Proactively works with all business segments and department managers to support customers and employees through digital insights and the value of technology Participates in ongoing training, performance groups and advisory groups to continually develop strategy, knowledge, and skill sets Engages with all suppliers and assigns new products to the appropriate customers and employees within C & B Engages in conversations with key accounts and seeks customized solutions to fit their business goals Audits the appropriate systems for accuracy and corrects errors Provides reporting and regular updates to management

Qualifications:

Background with Precision Ag products used in the industry including but not limited to hardware and farm management software programs 3-5 years Precision Ag or related experience preferred Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office Suites, business systems, and internet applications Flexibility to travel to stores when required Ability to problem solve by using all available resources Bachelor's Degree in Ag Systems Technology or related field required Valid driver's license and a safe driving record Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
