As a Marketing team member, you take pride in representing Baxter and our brand. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. You will have the chance to create a difference by supporting the business in various marketing activities, including product management, new product launches, execution of congresses and informative events, segmentation, targeting, and tactical plans for the business.

To succeed at Baxter's Marketing teams, you will collaborate optimally across sales, medical, training, regulatory, supply, global GBU, and region functions. Your ability to work seamlessly with teams with multifaceted strengths and navigate through different areas of expertise will be key to achieving our shared goal of redefining global healthcare.

Validated experience in marketing developed in medical devices, MedTech, and/or pharmaceutical companies.

Post-graduate degree in marketing or related areas is nice to have
