Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Specialist responsible for performing daily tasks such as labeling, assembling kits by hand, recording, maintaining records, copying, printing, and other similar duties utilizing appropriate computer programs. This role primarily involves labeling kits with patient information to ensure accuracy before shipping out to customers. You will fulfill mail orders, maintain productivity standards, and manage customer orders while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA laws.

ResponsibilitiesLabel kits with patient information and verify accuracy before shippingFulfill mail orders and maintain productivity standardsPull the correct product for the right customer and label accordinglyMaintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA lawsEnter data and order information using ExcelManage, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders from Medicare & Medicaid servicesAct as a Subject Matter Expert on order fulfillment processingIdentify and implement enhancements to order management processes and toolsCollaborate with other functions to resolve issues preventing on-time order fulfillmentTrack all orders via delivery softwareProcess customer orders and verify accuracy using HEROPrepare outgoing mail for delivery by mail carriersUse scanning equipment to gather package informationCreate shipping labels for outgoing packagesEssential SkillsCustomer serviceRetail salesFast-paced work environment experienceLabeling and order fulfillmentProject coordinationInventory managementClerical and administrative skillsAssembly, packing, and packagingMailroom experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsOrganizational and multitasking skillsReliabilityAbility to follow instructionsQuick learnerAbility to work with speedFlexibility to work in fulfillment creating kits and on the lab side if neededAttention to detailMailing experienceConfidentialityWork Environment

You will work Monday to Friday with shifts from 6 am to 2:30 pm or 7 am to 3:30 pm. The office space is open-concept, where you will sit at long tables with the option to sit or stand while assembling kits. You may listen to music, but phone usage is strictly prohibited as it is considered a major violation. Attendance and communication are very important in this role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
