We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) Project Integrator 4 to work out of Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.

PAY: $152,000 - $167,000

JOB SUMMARY:

USfalcon is seeking a Project Integrator to support the 392d Combat Training Squadron’s (392 CTS) Joint Staff/J7 requirements.  The 392 CTS operates the USSF’s only certified Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) site, the Distributed Mission Operations Center - Space (DMOC-S), and its only accredited training program, the SPACE FLAG (SF) exercise.  The JNTC Project Integrator will provide essential day-to-day administrative and managerial support to the 392 CTS. This support includes ensuring compliance with the JNTC Accreditation, Certification, and Mitigation (ACM) requirements; assisting with the 392 CTS’s Program Execution Plan (PEP) Budget Request (PBR) process; actively participating in the Joint Training Coordination Program (JTCP) working groups; and facilitating coordination with JNTC program stakeholders to optimize training effectiveness and operational readiness.  This position is located on Schriever Space Force Base (SFB) and requires on-site support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Supports the administration of the 392 CTS’s JNTC program. Provides JNTC ACM subject matter expert (SME) support to the 392 CTS for the JNTC-accredited program (SPACE FLAG) and the certified site (DMOC-S). Assists the 392 CTS with development of JNTC PBR requests to include PBR UFRs; participates as an USSF SME in the PBR Technical Working Group; and provides recommendations and feedback to the 392 CTS during PBR development. Gathers, compiles, analyzes, and reports PBR measures of effectiveness on USSF JNTC capabilities to determine how effective mitigation efforts resolve Joint capability gaps and seams in accordance with standards outlined in the PEP. Participates in the JTCP working groups and periodic conferences to coordinate 392 CTS and USSF input into exercise support, and to identify complementary training requirements for other Service participation. Supports preparation of the 392 CTS JTCP budget submission by coordinating with USSF stakeholders to collect and compile fiscal year JTCP operational and financial requirements. Monitors the 392 CTS portion of the JS/J7 JTCP database for changes (e.g., changes in the ability of Joint Forces support to USSF exercises) and updates government-provided actual cost data in the database at the conclusion of each exercise. Participates in monthly multi-service Joint Assessment Enabling Capability (JAEC) meetings Reviews JNTC technical directions, decisions, and elements of proposed projects and actions for validity and impact to 392 CTS training capabilities and develops and provides recommended 392 CTS responses. Analyzes Congressional proposals, Department of Defense guidance, policies, directives, and changes in resource requirements and assesses potential operational impacts to 392 CTS accredited and certified programs. Maintains 392 CTS inputs to the Joint Investment Database (JIDB) for JNTC-approved USSF accredited programs and certified sites. Develops JNTC-related schedules, plans, and briefings; coordinates and monitors JNTC activities and reports on those activities through trip reports, briefings, meeting minutes, point papers, quad charts, etc. Carry out tasks as directed by contract leadership required to ensure 392 CTS mission success.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience supporting program managers by providing financial insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Experience analyzing and interpreting complex financial data, budgets, and cost estimates to support government decision-making. Experience effectively communicating financial data and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and program teams. Experience in ensuring compliance with fiscal policies, regulations, and guidelines, including experience with PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) processes. This position requires limited travel.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior DoD or Joint Staff experience  Familiarity with Joint Staff/J7 JNTC programs and an understanding of financial aspects of training exercises and operational requirements. Understanding of the JNTC framework and its application within the DoD. Experience developing, managing, and tracking multi-million-dollar budgets within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Experience with DoD financial management tools (e.g., Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), Joint Investment Data Based (JIDB), or similar platforms.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR additional years of experience can be substituted for education requirement 

REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCI Security and Special Access Program (SAP) eligible.
