Joint Use Pole Attachment Representative
**Job Title:** Joint Use Pole Attachment Representative **Work Place Flexibility:** Hybrid **Legal Entity:** Entergy Arkansas, LLC **Please note:** Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition to employment in this position. Those outside the area would need to relocate for this role. Relocation assistance is not available for this posting***** As the Pole Attachment Representative, you will be the primary point of contact and liaison between Entergy and third-party attachers. You will manage engineering/inspection contractors, develop project-specific scopes of work, and track/report project financials. Additionally, you will support the Power Delivery organization's requests, including permit requests, pole attachment agreement administration, and emergency pole replacement coordination. You will interface and partner with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure efficient pole attachment processes. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Maintain positive communication with joint use utilities and third-party attachment owners + Ensure accurate billing, auditing, and payment collection for pole attachments + Manage the field/engineering inspection process and stay current on NESC requirements + Provide support for storm recovery efforts + Execute and administer pole attachment agreements + Report on outstanding invoice collections and respond to data requests + Monitor and manage new attachment requests, including inspections and compliance + Maintain the attachment database and manage permit requests through NJUNS + Coordinate attachment transfers and ensure accurate make-ready contribution calculations + Educate internal teams on regulatory changes and pole attachment processes + Manage projects spanning multiple jurisdictions + Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers **QUALIFICATIONS:** + High school diploma or equivalent work experience + **Preferred:** Bachelor's degree in project management or business administration + Pole Attachment Representative I: 0+ years of experience + Pole Attachment Representative II: 2+ years of experience + Pole Attachment Representative III: 4+ years of experience + Pole Attachment Representative Sr: 6+ years of experience + Strong safety record, negotiation, and communication skills + Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities + Proficient in Microsoft Office and understanding of pole attachment regulations + **Preferred:** Training or education in leadership, project management, utility coordination, and conflict resolution + **Preferred:** Knowledge of Maximo, PeopleSoft Financials, CCS, NJUNS, and Varasset **Primary Location:** Arkansas-Little Rock Arkansas : Little Rock **Job Function** : Professional **FLSA Status** : Exempt Ind **Relocation Option:** No Relocation Offered **Union description/code** : NON BARGAINING UNIT **Number of Openings** : 1 **Req ID:** 118094 **Travel Percentage** :Up to 25% An Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Disability/Vets.
