About Absco Absco Solutions is the premier facility vulnerability expert in fire life-safety and security technology fields, with established offices in Washington (Everett, Lynnwood, Fife, Spokane) and Oregon (Wilsonville).  We specialize in access control, intrusion, video surveillance, and fire alarm.  We're seeking a growth-minded experienced licensed Low Voltage (Journey EL06) Electrician to join our exceptional team. What You'll Do + Security, camera, fire alarm and access control installation, integration, networking, programming, service, and inspections principally in the field + Interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittal documents, specifications, and schematics + Communicate with customers, contractors, and support staff to ensure effective job implementation and completion. + Provide guidance and field training to apprentice technicians. + Troubleshoot systems and ground faults, split circuits, and other work as needed + Ability to lead crews of other installers + On-call service rotations What You'll Bring + Washington State Journey Electrical License (EL06) + Possess and maintain a valid State-issued Driver’s License + Clear driving record, to be covered under company auto insurance + Strong verbal and written communication + Ability to pass a background check + Team player and dependable + NICET fire alarm system certification highly desirable What We’ll Offer + Competitive Compensation $42-$54 per hour depending on experience, skill, and certifications + Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and LTD/STD for employees and dependents + Training and certification opportunities, to include NICET, L&I, CEU, & manufacturer direct + Company equipment, tools, and vehicle (dependent on role) + Paid personal time off (PTO) and paid  holidays + Retirement plan with company match + Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates Absco Solutions is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, marital status or any other characteristic protected by law.
