Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose, service, and repair Servco vehiclesDocument notes and recommendations on the repair orderInspect vehicles and advise Service Consultant of any areas of concern so customers are informedEnsure work is completed accurately and done safelyMaintain and exceed minimum shop production standardsAttend all required factory training and obtain all required certifications

Requirements:

Associate of Science Degree in Auto Technology or equivalent work experienceMinimum 4 years of intermediate level of auto dealership experience as a technicianMinimum 8 Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certificationsMust have two Expert Toyota CertificationsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizesMust own basic set of automotive repair toolsStrong attention to detailMust be able to work a 4/10 (4 days per week, 10 hours per day) work schedule; Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am - 6:00pmState Mechanic’s License and Safety Inspection License preferred

Our Technicians are paid a competitive hourly wage and production incentive. They are also compensated for their ASE certifications and receive factory training in our climate controlled Hawaii-based training facility.
