**Job Title: Carpenter Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to oversee and perform various carpentry tasks including steel stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and both rough and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with commercial hardware installation, drywall, trim work, and reading blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Perform steel stud framing and acoustical ceiling installation. + Execute rough and finish carpentry tasks. + Install commercial hardware. + Complete drywall, trim work, and finish carpentry. + Read and interpret blueprints for accurate cutting and measuring. + Use hand and power tools effectively. + Install doors and cabinetry. **Essential Skills** + 8-10 years of experience in carpentry and commercial construction. + Proficiency in steel stud framing and acoustical ceiling installation. + Skilled in reading blueprints, cutting, and measuring. + Experience with rough and finish carpentry. + Ability to install commercial hardware and perform trim work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 30 certification. + SST 10 certification. + Experience with hand and power tools. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401k plan.
