Responsibilities: * Repairing common issues, including ground fault, inverter malfunction/failure, wire damage, blown fuses, and A/C disconnect box failure * Diagnosing panel and panel connection issues via roof access * Issuing RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) for improperly functioning materials * Tracking field progress, including taking pictures and creating brief reports * Measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules * Connecting installed solar panels to existing electrical systems and checking electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations * Organizing and maintaining system components * Maintaining documentation of completed installations * Applying weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms * Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions  Qualifications: * Reliable transportation to and from the job site * Current/Active Massachusetts Journeyman License * OSHA- 10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it * Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation * Prior experience in the solar field preferred TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
