Incumbent is responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, testing, troubleshooting, replacement of electrical components, and to ensure systems function safely and efficiently throughout all associates buildings and property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Installs, maintains and repairs electrical wiring systems, related switches, distribution panels and outlet boxes, as well as wide variety of electrical fixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on major electrical systems to include but not limited to High Voltage Switch Gears, Transformers, and Uninterrupted Power Supply Systems.
• Assist with IR Thermography scanning of all power circuitry in all facilities. Assist with all follow-up scanning to document successful repair of anomalies.
• Document recommended follow-up repairs as necessary.
• Must be well versed in the use of many and varied types of test equipment such as voltmeters, amp probes, meggers, etc., and must possess outstanding eye-hand coordination.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Respond to emergency repairs during non-business hours
• Direct/Assist electrical preventative maintenance during pre-scheduled non-business hours
• Possess excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Sourcing or fabricating replacement electrical components.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Other work-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS – EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
• Must have a minimum of six (6) years’ experience working in the Commercial Facilities/ Operation and Maintenance Arena.
• A Journeyman Electrical License is required.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Active Secret or Secret clearance preferred.
• Maximo CMMS Experience a plus, but not required.
• Microsoft Computer skills (Office, Word, Outlook etc.) a plus but not required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Thorough knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment in the building.

• This position requires the ability to maneuver around the building site; see, hear and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Performance of essential and ancillary functions requires maintenance of physical conditioning adequate for sitting, walking or standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, throwing, reaching, squatting, stretching, bending for prolonged periods of time; at time lift and carry up to as much as 60 pounds, near visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech with background noise.
• In performing the required work, it is required to have the ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, operate aerial work platforms, walk frequently, use every kind of hand tool, work in hazardous positions, and carry heavy tools.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:
A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, proof of identity, and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
