**Job Title: Traveling State Certified Journeyman Electrician** **Job Description** A solar journeyman electrician installs, maintains, and repairs solar panels and related equipment. Responsibilities include: + **Installation** : Planning and installing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures + **Connection** : Connecting solar panels, inverters, and other high-voltage equipment to the building's power supply + **Maintenance** : Performing maintenance checks and troubleshooting system problems + **Repair** : Repairing or replacing PV-related wiring, equipment, and fixtures + **Testing** : Testing PV electrical systems and continuity of circuits + **Compliance** : Ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes + This position requires travel 80-100% of the time. Work will be scattered throughout California, you must be comfortable traveling and being in a hotel Monday-Friday on the road.
