Journeyman Electrician
**Job Title: Journeyman Electrician** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician with a Journeyman License to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. **Responsibilities** + Install and configure electrical systems and machinery according to technical specifications and blueprints. + Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime. + Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in manufacturing equipment using advanced testing tools and techniques. + Ensure all electrical work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and company safety policies. + Work closely with production teams to ensure electrical systems support manufacturing processes effectively. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on electrical systems. + Provide guidance and support to apprentices and junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and learning. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + PLC maintenance + Conduit bending + Reading blueprints + Wiring and mechanical repair + Understanding pneumatics and industrial systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of employment + Experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical work + Strong understanding of electrical systems, machinery, and safety regulations + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and safety in a supportive and collaborative environment.
