**_Journeyman Electricians_** Ultimate LLC is **immediately hiring Journeyman Electricians** for commercial projects in the **Chincoteague, VA** area. The pay range is **$25-$30** per hour based on experience. All **journeyman electricians** are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. **Ultimate Job Duties** + Install and repair electrical wirings, systems, and fixtures in buildings + Utilize hand and hydraulic benders to bend conduit + Install conduit and pipes for wires and cables + Ensure piping complies with code + Make proper repairs and corrections + Test electrical components to ensure proper installation + Use ladders and scaffolding when necessary + Clearly understands and complies with Company policies and SOPs. + Possesses adequate technical knowledge to perform all assigned duties and tasks. + Efficiently performs project tasks, including planning and organizing to ensure tasks meet deadlines. + Is conscientious in performance of all aspects of work, namely with respect to safety, quality, budget and timing. + Accurately reads labels, job site maps and directions, instruction manuals and written instructions. + Shows attention to detail in performance of work. + Is properly prepared with PPE, required personal tools, and any required badging. + Responds positively and promptly to Foreman’s directives. + Assists Foreman in daily functions with respect to layout, scheduling, management of materials and equipment, and other daily functions, as directed. + Monitors work in progress with respect to assigned tasks. + Completes complex tasks assigned by Foreman with little direction, including directing Apprentices to accomplish a given assigned task. + Performs effectively in a team setting. + While supervising Apprentices, shows professionalism in interactions with both subordinates and supervisors. + Assists Apprentices in applying information they have learned in apprenticeship classes. + Complies with company payroll policy and accident reporting policies. + Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and assist with electrical work on assigned job site + Clearly understands and complies with Company and Job Safety Requirements (OSHA) + Complies with all PPE requirements at all times. + Perform additional duties as assigned **Ultimate Trade Requirements** + **5+** years of Electrical experience + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance + Drug Test Required + Background Check Required + Journeyman Card + First Aid/CPR **Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC?** + Weekly pay Direct Deposit + Health Insurance + Dental and Vision Coverage + 401k + Paid Time Off + Referral bonus program + Pay increase based on quality of craftsmanship + Tool purchase Program + PPE Reimbursement Program + Paid OSHA training
