**Job Title: Journeyman Electrician** **Job Description** Candidates will be assigned to factory zero. They will be expected to perform service work and repairs on facility equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, then making necessary repairs. Work will be done on rooftops and within the facility, requiring climbing ladders and using lifts. The position offers full-time hours with the following shifts available: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). **Responsibilities** + Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers. + Anticipate and respond to customer needs. + Inspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform maintenance to keep the facility in functioning and serviceable condition. + Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures. + Repair and maintain plumbing, replace defective washers, mend broken pipes, and open clogged drains. + Report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate. + Adhere to safety policies and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Journeyman Electrician experience (must be card-carrying). + Experience in troubleshooting, installations, and making repairs. + Ability to program PLCs, VFDs, and other controls hardware. + Proficiency in using specialized tools and instruments to troubleshoot, repair, and program electrical equipment. + Working knowledge of the NEC code and NFPA 70E, including interpretation and implementation. + Experience in troubleshooting control systems throughout the plant and making necessary repairs. + Journeyman Electrician State Certification and successful completion of a formal four-year apprenticeship. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with schematics, blueprints, installation, conduit, and industrial settings. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a union after 90 days and enjoy great benefits.
