Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role involves performing electrical maintenance in the can line department, troubleshooting equipment, and conducting preventative maintenance. You will work on conveyors, pumps, fans, screens, cylinders, and motors, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally.
ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical maintenance in the can line department.Conduct maintenance repairs on conveyors, pumps, fans, screens, cylinders, and motors.Troubleshoot equipment issues.Perform preventative maintenance tasks.Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.Work with fine details to ensure precision.Identify and solve problems efficiently.Communicate effectively with other team members and between shifts.QualificationsAt least 10+ years of maintenance experience.Industrial mechanical maintenance experience.Experience working with up to 480V.Proficiency in preventative maintenance.Ability to read blueprints.Possession of a journeyman card, certification, or license.Strong electrical, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.Knowledge of 3-phase wiring.Safety mindset.Ability to work with steel toe boots.Why Work Here?
We offer a sign-on bonus of $1500 after 6 months and an additional $1500 after the first year. Work Environment
This role is based in a salt facility, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The work shift is from 10pm to 8am or 11pm to 9am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. You will be on call every 5 or 6 weeks to possibly work a weekend. The job requires wearing steel toe boots and maintaining a safety-first mindset.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75171.20 - $77251.20/yr.
$3000 sign on Bonus - ($1500 after 6 month $1500 after 1st year)
