New opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, and hospitality developments. Modular homes involve manufacturing entire buildings in a production environment, which are then transported to construction sites for assembly by general contractors. We seek an experienced Electrician with knowledge of MN building codes and experience in residential and commercial builds.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.Install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and appliances.Connect circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and specifications.Make recommendations to plan layouts, install and repair wiring, switches, circuit breakers, and fuse boxes.Inspect wiring and fixtures for company specifications or local electrical codes.Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments to ensure compliance with electrical codes.Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices.Essential SkillsElectricalLow voltagePulling cableTroubleshootingConstructionConduit bendingCommercial constructionResidential constructionElectrician (5+ years)Commercial and residential buildsKnowledge of MN building codesAdditional Skills & Qualifications5+ years experience of skilled electrical work on commercial and residential new buildsAbility to read blueprints and knowledge of electrical applicationsKnowledge of methods and techniques of performing skilled electrical workAbility to collaborate, lead, and be a team playerSkilled in interpersonal communication by establishing and maintaining effective working relationshipsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
Work Monday- Thursday, 4PM- 2AM, optional OT on Fridays. This shop-based position does not count towards hours for a Journeyman or Master license. Enjoy year-round work in a single shop location without travel. The facility is a brand new 180,000 square foot space with AC/Heat and new machinery. The company focuses on multi-family living, and hospitality development sectors, designing, engineering, and manufacturing industry-leading full volumetric modular units for the Upper Midwest.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $73000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
