Journeyman Electrician
**Job Title: Journeyman Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to perform service work and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot issues, then make the necessary repairs. This role requires work on rooftops and within the facility, involving climbing ladders and using lifts. The position is full-time, with a standard 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday. **Responsibilities** + Perform service work and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial buildings. + Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, then make necessary repairs. + Work on rooftops and within the facility, involving climbing ladders and using lifts. + Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. + Install, repair, and run conduit and wiring. + Perform conduit bending and pulling wire. + Work on electrical panels and systems. **Essential Skills** + Journeyman card holder or 8 years of electrical service experience. + Experience in troubleshooting and making repairs, including diagnosing failures and replacing components or parts. + Proficiency in running wire and conduit. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. + Experience in commercial construction and electrical panel work. + Ability to perform conduit bending and wire pulling. **Why Work Here?** This is a direct hire union position with great benefits.
