We are seeking an experienced & licensed Electrician to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a comprehensive electrical program across multiple sites including data centers, laboratories, manufacturing plants, and general office space. This position will be servicing multiple locations in the MetroWest area across several different buildings. Position: Licensed Electrician

Location: Franklin & Hopkinton (MA)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage electrical systems in data centers, labs, manufacturing facilities, and general building requests Oversee and coordinate with vendors for maintenance of:

GeneratorsUPS systemsSubstationsElectrical panels

- Develop and manage a comprehensive electrical program, including:

Arc flash studiesInfrared scanningPreventive maintenance schedules

- Respond to and resolve electrical inquiries and issues across all facilities

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices

- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute electrical projects

- Participate in on-call rotation to address emergency situations

- Work with different business units on requests Assisting and providing data with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) audits as required

- Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 poundsComfortable working at heights and in confined spacesCapable of standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods

Minimum Qualifications:Must have a Massachusetts Journeyman licenseEight (8)+ years of experience as a licensed electricianExtensive knowledge of electrical systems in data centers, laboratories, and manufacturing environmentsProven experience managing vendors and contractorsStrong understanding of arc flash studies and infrared scanning techniquesFamiliarity with UPS systems, generators, and substation operationsExperience developing and managing electrical maintenance programsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesProficiency in using electrical testing equipment, software, and building management systemsKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and proceduresAbility to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and drawingsWillingness to be on-call and respond to after-hours emergenciesFlexibility to work outside normal business hours when requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordHands on Electrical Thermography Infrared inspection experience

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineeringMilitary service, union training, vocational educationInfrared Thermography CertificateExperience with green energy solutions and sustainability initiativesExposure to the following CMMS/BMS/BAS: Johnson Controls/JCI, Siemens & Corrigo
