**Description** The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a **Journeyman Geolocation Operator - Sierra** qualified candidate who is looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract. Candidates must be willing to work in the Augusta, GA area. **Primary Responsibilities** The Journeyman Operator shall perform operational support to the government by performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest. The JO-Sierra also performs signals analysis in order to identify collected signals. The Journeyman Operators will mentor less experienced Operators to enhance and reinforce the training program and operational TTPs. **Basic Qualifications** + **Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.** + BA degree and 8 or more years of prior relevant experience; or a Masters with 6 or more years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. + Current certification from Joint Overhead ISR Operations in a non-APG geolocation method + Prior completion of the Intermediate (451) or Advanced (452) Signals Analysis Course **Preferred Qualifications** + Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency as a linguist in a foreign language. + Current certification in one or more Aerial Precision Geolocation (APG) modes **LucidLobster** **Original Posting Date:** 2024-12-12 While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. **Pay Range:** Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
