Job Title: Journeyman Industrial Electrician

Job Description

Work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, sketches, PLC Programming Equipment, and instructions. Plan, layout and install electrical systems, circuits, and equipment. Make electrical repairs, diagnose problems, replace, or repair components, test and make operating adjustments. Modify existing electrical systems and circuits, work with PLC’s, and prepare wiring diagrams to record changes. Replace building and production equipment such as motors and control panels as required. Repair electric motors and test in electric shop. Fill out maintenance logbook. Maintain inventory of electrical materials and supplies. Coordinate work with other electricians and follow-up on projects/electronic testing equipment. Notify supervisor of unusual equipment or operating problems. Use electrical meters and gauges, common hand and hand power tools, hand carts, high lift and ladders. Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00
