The Mission
The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers’ mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Leidos is seeking a Journeyman Instructional Systems Designer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
Provides full spectrum training delivery and administration services for Insider Threat and Operational Security classes. Additionally, supports Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and education, outreach, communication, and development activities.
Provide full spectrum training services, including not limited to:
Instruct modules in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
Facilitate breakout sessions in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
Update Insider Threat and Operational Security curriculum.
Administer government Insider Threat and Operational Security training programs.
Register and communicate with prospective and current students.
Set up virtual classrooms and breakout rooms.
Establish and disseminate the course calendars.
Distribute course certificates and surveys.
Support Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and education, outreach, communication, and development activities, including but not limited to:
Edit and refresh Insider Threat Competency Resource Guides, to include conducting focus groups, designing and disseminating surveys, analyzing survey results, and writing reports.
Support the Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional) Program, to include participating in bi-weekly phone calls, conveying customer interests, coordinating governance meetings, and reviewing technical reports.
Contribute to and attend IC events including the Insider Threat Data Analysis Working group and the 811 Conference
Participate in planning and executing National Insider threat Awareness Month events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Insider Threat Experience
Previous instructor and training administration experience preferred
Previous experience in the Intelligence Community preferred
Proficient in MS office
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Strong attention to detail
Basic Qualifications
Three years of experience with a B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. degree (or 9 years with no degree).
Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.

Pay Range:Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
