General Plumber:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.Follow building plans and blueprints.Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systemsQUALIFICATIONS:
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing tradeKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practicesAbility to read and follow blueprints and rough drawingsFamiliarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copperEffective oral communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to complete projects unsupervised and unassistedExcellent problem solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements#HES2024
EDUCATION AND EXPIERENCE REQUIREMENTS: - Must be able to:
High school diploma or GED certificateMinimum 3 years’ experienceState Plumber LicenseJourneyman License
