Job Responsibilities + Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at agricultural, residential, commercial and industrial sites + Perform installation of plumbing systems on new construction as well as remodels + Inspect and troubleshoot any problems on previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites + Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems + Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains + Follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections + Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients + Travel to project sites + Other responsibilities as needed + Meeting Daily and Weekly Goals + Maintain Safe & Positive Work Environment + Material Management + M: Zero Safety Issues + Job Qualifications + High school diploma or GED + Current Iowa journeyman plumbers license + Three or more years of trade experience as a journeyman plumber + Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs + Ability to read blueprints and lay out plumbing accordingly + Ability to design/build plumbing systems per code + Ability to drive company vehicles to various commercial and residential sites for work + A valid driver’s license + Ability to operate equipment as needed + Ability to lead/coach/train employees and run an efficient job site + Excellent Communication Skills + Align w/company core values, customers first, can-do-approach, do what’s right, positive attitude and relationships matter + Ambitious and motivated Benefits: + Health/Dental/Vision/Aflac Insurance available 1st of the month after 60 days of employment + Safe Harbor 401K after 6 months + 1-week vacation accrued after first year Reports to : Master Plumber
