Purpose:
Maintain and install all Plumbing, Medical Gas, including Associated Piping for Facility.

Responsibilities:

Test and documentation of all required piping systems in Hospital. Adhere to all ICRA requirements concerning patient, visitors, and employee safety. Estimate time and material for assigned jobs. Assist in all Regulatory Bodies surveys and corrections. Maintain material for daily and project activity. Shift coverage to maintain daily Facilities Operations. Investigate technical information and pricing for completion of purchase orders. Complete work orders requiring plumbing skills in timely fashion. Complete Preventive Maintenance Task requiring Plumbing Skills in timely fashion. Labeling of all Hospital related piping according to building codes. Filing of plans according to local plumbing codes. Work in conjunction with outside contractors assigned to facility task. Respond to all Hospital alarms and trouble codes. Install and maintaining of Hospital Fire protection Equipment.
