JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for general facility, building and equipment maintenance and repair, both scheduled and unscheduled tasks, as assigned by the Call Center and/or Facilities and Maintenance management. In general, tasks that will be completed include: Work Order completion, Preventative Maintenance completion, problem identification and resolution, design of minor plumbing/piping systems, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution, documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department’s management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field 5-7 years in a Plumbing Maintenance Field Must hold a valid MD Driver’s License. Must hold a State of MD Journeyman Plumber License Employees in this position are subject to be on-call
