Journeyman Task Manager
Journeyman  Task Manager Senior Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a qualified individual to support high-level ODNI organizations, manage tasking through various systems like N-CERTS and CATS, and coordinate inter-agency actions. The role also involves assisting in the preparation of training materials and overseeing the processing of ODNI staff packages. Location: McLean, VA FLSA Status: Regular, Full-Time Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens. Position Type: On-Site Primary Duties and Responsibilities + Supports ODNI Senior National Intelligence Service (SNIS) executive-led organizations at the Assistant Directors of National Intelligence (ADNI), National Intelligence Managers (NIM), National Intelligence Council, and the Mission Performance, Analysis and Collection (MPAC) office level + Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems, including ODNI’s N-CERTS system, Office of Legislative Affairs Congressional Action Tracking System (CATS), and internal/external emails + Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all ODNI administrative management systems + Coordinates actions with the proper element within ODNI, across the Intelligence Community, and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities + Assists in preparing training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing ODNI staff packages for their organization Minimum Qualifications + Top Secret/SCI Clearance. + Counterintelligence Polygraph. + Degree Requirements: Bachelor's Degree + minimum of 3 years.  + No Degree:  Must have 8 years of experience + Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level + Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems + Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO): At DarkStar Intelligence LLC, we firmly uphold Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) as a foundational principle, underscoring our dedication to fostering a workplace free from discrimination.
