A DAY IN THE LIFE
Assist apprentices and journeymen with various tasksRunning conduit, ring grounding, control and power terminationsPulling cables, installing aluminum bus and jumper, erecting structural steel and equipmentPerform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduitWHAT YOU'LL NEED
Six (6) years of progressively responsible journey level electrical experience; OR, Completion of a four-year federally approved technical training program in electrical repair and maintenance and two (2) years electrical experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Requires a current driver's license upon employment. High School diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combinations of training and experienceLicensed in the state of New Mexico or reciprocated state preferredThe ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memosAbility to pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screenWillingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
