BMW of Minnetonka is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician

(Journeyman) to join our team. As a part of the BMW family, you will work on the latest luxury vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and repairs. You will play a vital role in providing an exceptional service experience for our customers, maintaining their trust in the BMW brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles following manufacturer guidelines.Perform routine services such as oil changes, brake work, and tire rotations.Troubleshoot complex vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electronics, and diagnostics.Accurately document work performed and maintain clear communication with service advisors.Stay up to date on BMW technical training and certifications.Ensure a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and explaining repairs.

Qualifications:

Journeyman certification or equivalent experience as an automotive technician.Prior experience with BMW or luxury vehicles is a plus.Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.Ability to use diagnostic tools and work with computerized systems.Knowledge of automotive repair safety protocols and procedures.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.ASE certification or BMW-specific certifications preferred.
