Key Responsibilities As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will: + Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support key business decisions. + Prepare, maintain, and improve advanced Excel models to track financial performance, forecasts, and budgets. + Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. + Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities. + Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify data accuracy. + Participate in process improvements to streamline reporting and analytical workflows. Technical Skills + Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, chart creation). + Familiarity with financial analysis tools or software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or similar) is a plus. + Basic knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger functions. Requirements Education and Experience + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. + Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
