How you will create an impact + Accomplish the SLA for quotes and renewals (4 business days for quotes / 30 running days before the renewal for renew); + Responsible for the monthly spreadsheet with the quotes and renewals (#, hit ratio, average premium); + Responsible for the quotation historic information on the network in order to have the right governance and support the monthly peer review process; + Responsible for the report / P&L for main accounts on a quarterly basis; + Continue to grow portfolio through partnerships with strategic brokers and distribution team, observing underwriting excellence; + Contribute to build the portfolio with new partnerships focusing in the best underwriting strategies. What you’ll need to succeed + Product experience in Personal Insurance industry (Mandatory A&H Products: Personal Accident, Credit Life, Credit PA ), including P&L responsibility. + Technical underwriting skills including: logical analysis, rate analysis, portfolio management skills including P&L management. + Knowledge of Partnerships Affinity including metric analysis, deal structure + Strong communication (oral and written) and influencing skills and proven ability to collaborate and work across multiple areas of the organization + Detail oriented, problem solving ability + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team + Knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office products; particularly Excel and PowerPoint + Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent + Advanced English / Spanish desirable.
